Station 11 is staffed 24/7 and is home to Squad 1159 and is staffed by a Paramedic from Johnson County Med-Act and the fire Battalion Chief office. Station 11 covers the central portion of the fire district and the old Sunflower Ammunition Plant.

Station 12 is staffed 24/7 and responds to the southern portion of the fire district. With a signed auto agreement among all fire departments in Johnson County, Station 12 responds to calls for service and covers stations in other districts during high call volumes.

Station 13, now operating from 35050 W 99th St after relocating from 33150 W 83rd St, is staffed 24/7 and provides coverage for most of the City of De Soto and the surrounding areas within the district. Station 13 also houses the Administration offices and the Airboat BO13.
