Station 12 is staffed 24/7 and responds to the southern portion of the fire district. With a signed auto agreement among all fire departments in Johnson County, Station 12 responds to calls for service and covers stations in other districts during high call volumes.

Station 13, now operating from 35050 W 99th St after relocating from 33150 W 83rd St. Station 13 is staffed 24/7 and provides coverage for most of the City of De Soto and the surrounding areas within the district. Station 13 also houses the Administration offices, Airboat BO13, and Medact Squad unit.
